Need a tea-fix but don't want to get overheated. The answer is Iced-Tea. Here is how to make a delicious brew that will answer your tea cravings!

Making iced tea needn’t be much more complex than making your normal brew. The only additional step is to chill the tea once it has been brewed by placing it in your refrigerator – although this can be speeded up by the addition of ice.

Iced tea can be made from any variety of tea including fruit infusions but it is much more delicious when sugar and fruit juices are added. The choice of tea is important since some cheaper brands will become cloudy when chilled down. Experiment with some unusual tastes, e.g. the Lady Grey tea featured in the last recipe is a blend of tea with orange that makes very good iced tea. You might also like to try delicate Oolong Tea which is also reputed to have many health benefits..
